Tan, yet another gorgeous Crohnie to join the crew :) Sorry you were feeling ill on your wedding day, but the photos turned out lovely.

OOh, love the dog too - what sort is he?

Carrie, I love the look on the photographer's face in the background.

Farm, you have shared that one before. Or is it a new photo to sho you STILL haven't grown legs! LOL
 
We are looking for a dog...I will have to check around about that breed...He is so sweet looking even though he is huge.
 
Yup, I thought it looked like a bull mastiff. Gorgeous looking things. However a lady here got killed by hers a couple of years back!

We had one...He scared me when he growled at my daughter. She was about three years old at the time. I thought he would eat her.
 
He is def not a bull mastiff!! He is a bull arab... he is a lovely doopey dog he does have a big bark on him obivious cause he is a big dog and will growl at people he doesn't know but apart from that he wouldn't hurt a fly. He is really good around our friends kids but we would always be there and never him alone as you just never know with dogs no matter how friendly they are. I would def rec Ernies breed others I have spoken too say the same thing about there dog. But again its probably alot to do with the way they are brought up.
Hope you find a good dog IMP!

Thanks Farm it rained the whole weekend and I being the organised person that Iam and being cursed with rain brought those funky clear umbrellas to be on the safe side... thankfully so as they turned out great in all the photos.

I really like the candide shots too.

Wow - I've missed a bunch!!! Tan and Tam (hee hee - so close) you both are gorgeous!! So fun to look at wedding photos - I love it!! Tam - it's fun seeing the entire thing - I love that they took a photo of your dress hanging up - what a great idea! Very complete too - you must have had the photographer for hours and hours!

Tan - if you are using photobucket to do your uploading, if you click on the picture after you upload it and then mouse over it - you will see an option to resize your photo. I usually select large.

I'm reposting these since they were deleted a while back. Carrie - I think you and I had the same dress LOL! I'm old - so I had to scan these in - WISH I had digital copies..... my oldest daughter is in the first photo - not happy since it was her nap time.

These wedding pics are melting me, aw! We have a group of beautiful brides on here. Makes me want a wedding ceremony of my own, LOL.

I already have "the dress" picked out if I ever get hitched again, bwahaha!

Neither do I. I didn't want any. Should've been a sign right there. :ylol2: With that said, I thought it was pointless to take a pic of me in a polo, jeans and flip flops since we did it JOP style.

We got married on St. Patricks Day. Neither of us realized it was a holiday and kept wondering why the courthouse looked like a bag of Lucky Charms exploded everywhere. Good thing it wasn't a holiday I actually care for, lol.
 
Thanks everyone for your kind comments. We had a great day, and yeah, our photographers were awesome. We got a great price, because they were just starting out, and had them from noon to 10pm. I also love looking at wedding pictures, they're just so happy! I can't help but look at them over and over...LOL

It's so nice that this page is here, it's so great to be able to put a face to the name, especially as the Avatar pics are usually pretty small and hard to see. :)
 
I give you....blonde Nessa. I didn't go too dramatic, but I'm thinking I might go lighter in a few months. Excuse the messy hair, LOL.

I originally had my face showing, but I came out looking like a deer in headlights, so deleted it, haha. And yes, it feels *very* weird, but I like it a lot! It looks a ton lighter outside, so I'll have to see about snapping another pic outdoors.
 
Oh peaches you are so pretty... love the wedding photos... you to Tam they are great and you were extremely lucky to get the photographer for that long! I love wedding photos.

Thanks for the tip peaches will make sure I re-size the photos next time as they are over the top large and I don't think peoples need to see me at that size!! Ha..ha..
 
Oh also forgot to say love the hair and nails Vanessa!! I know what you mean I always feel better within myself after getting my toes done.
 
*Not* that you need to do this - cuz I like the pics the size they are - but the cool thing is - if you forget to resize them - you can still go back and resize and save (without saving to a copy - save to the original) and it will automatically resize the link back here......

mwb3779: You're not alone! Still a Hawks fan myself. I do watch the games every week still, but sometimes I wonder why I bothered. They are doing very crappy this year and it seems to be getting worse as the season wears on. Somethings definitely gotta change!

Awesome wedding shots, I am getting much "influence" and ideas for my own, but, a lot of it will also be up to the bride. She's very much into photography as well, so I'm not worried, but I like some of these ideas, and I wonder if I'd have regretted never doing things like asking for a pic of the dress at certain stages, etc... Wedding planning is a huge endeavor, and as a guy, I'm overwhelmed, but I do know what images I want to last forever, I think.

Welp, I see a lot of new people, I'll put up something other than my awkward avatar (which was taken in a bathroom, sweet!)...two more-

Mm, about the same time as the avatar pic, this was me fooling with some color ratios in photoshop whilst messing with some other pics about 2 months ago when I was reviewing pics to draw for the fiance:

Here's me being a bored jackass at my fiance's grandparents house in late summer over at a dinner. I had to "go" in the bathroom, but it wasn't "ready" (you all know) so I was playing with my phone and stuck around in there for a couple minutes. This was a consequence of that foreplay:

Um, my phone is on my camera in this case, it goes with me. Nobody who has a history of up to 30 times a day in the bathroom doesn't think to bring a link to the outside world of some sort with built in entertainment. Browsing old text messages, calling voicemail again, playing Word Mole or Breakout.... :)

Nope, Blackberry flip, and it's a disappointing phone, to say the least. It's the slowest phone I've ever had, and doesn't display the "alpha" portion of "alpah-numeric keypad" exactly, as it's not QWERTY, and it's not the old style either (with abc on number 2) but a "unique" one with the letters spread out, presumably for quicker typing. I have to consult another phone to dial something like 1-800-FLOWERS unless the actual number is displayed. Did I mention it's slow too? It chugs more than any electronic device I've ever used, and has from day one, always about a 0.5 to 1.0 second delay when navigating or even dialing a number in.

I don't like it, lame phone, regrettable...but I digress.

I keep my book on the bathroom counter. But sometimes I take my phone too. :) My bathroom pic I took was me sneaking into the bathroom at work to take a pic so no one would see. hahaha :) I think we should all have a bathroom pic. Not an icky one, but like Bens and mine. Come on everybody. You can do it. Should we move them to their own thread? Potty pics? haha :)

I'm so sorry man. I've played a little with that phone. It is a terrible phone. I worked with Verizon Wireless for 4 years. I saw that phone coming and just shook my head. I knew the pearl and flip were not "real" blackberrys. When you're available to get a new phone, you can stay with a Blackberry. Just get a curve, a tour, or a storm. Those are great phones.
 
I'm having my bathroom painted a brown color. lol. Seriously. I thought it only makes sense.

I told her there are only a handful of items I will be adamant about and will be very passionate about having a say in, like the location and time and date, as well as the songs that should be included. That's not to say that she isn't having a say in those, but that I will be very vocal about "my part" regarding those facets. I will want a good handful of songs to be there, and that's about all that is coming from me actually, since the date and location are things we're very much aligned on, actually (undecided still, but we're seeking the same things)...

Things like seating and the nitty gritty will have to wait, for now.

I bought it because of the feature set and description on paper-- bad idea. First phone I was so impressed with "theoretically" that I didn't test it out in my hands first. Oh well, I like the fact that I don't have to save a lot of things that I'm doing and I can hit END and just leave to the main menu in a hurry, reopen the app and it's all there as if a window was minimized in Windows or something, that's convenient...

I end up making smaller in Photoshop and then uploading it to Photobucket. A pain, but it works.

I think it is a very nice photo too (apart from ebing in the bathroom!) - you have the face of a kind man, whether you have shaved or not :)
 
Thank you Shaz. I love that its in the bathroom. Its symbolic. I spend a ton of time in there. I like my bathroom.
