Finally got Ensure Juce - to take 1 a day, is that enough for now?

Am soo confusled.. doctor put to have 1 a day on my script

Finally got the Ensure Juce, its delish.. yay. Got 20 bottles, so should last me a few weeks

Wondering is 1 a day the normal amount?? I also have water, tea, squash during the day to drink

Any help be fab

If you read the ensure bottle- you can see the amount of calories. Mine says: 250 calories. It helps in replacing the nutrition of one meal. You need at least 3 a day, if you are getting little nutrition or calories from other sources.
