I had something similar before. I think you need to be seen by a doctor. It sounds like an abscess that has started draining. Please keep in touch.

Hey Melissa,
I would keep doing sitz baths until you can see a doctor. The fact that it is draining may be due to the baths so keep them up. Better draining than a huge abscess. I feel your pain just like it was yesterday.

I wouldn't push on it because sometimes you can push the infection in further by accident.
