Squeals-a-lot!
Honestly, it's different for everyone. Some people feel the Remicade kicking in during the first infusion, and some don't until the 3rd infusion or even later.
That being said, I've been on Remicade for 2 years now, and haven't had any activity in the fistula area.

Mine started getting better right away with the first infusion; totally closed by the second; healed up by the third-awesome! After battling it for two years, it's seemed too good to be true.

Lydia, she is so cute!! Good to know that fistulas do get better and heal with remi.
