Fistula success WITHOUT surgery or pharmaceuticals?

I'm hoping to create a thread here of only fistula success stories that DON'T INVOLVE SURGERY OR PHARMACEUTICALS. If you have a fistula success story that you can share, please do.

I completely healed a perineal fistula by drinking a feverfew/lemongrass tea from a company named Buddah Teas. It's no joke. Nothing heals fistulas but this did. Historically Feverfew has been used for centuries to treat headaches and rheumatoid arthritis/anti-inflammatory. Lemongrass is anti-microbial. I try to drink 1 cup per day. For the last 20 years my wbc has been around 13. The last time I had it checked it was 7. Nothing else changed other than drinking the tea. I am not on any meds for my Crohns, even though in the past my Crohns has been severe resulting in an abcess that required an ileocecal resection. I do take a lot of vitamins.
