Flares are back again and i am in pain

hello everyone
i am giving my final year graduation exams from tmrw and guess what flares are back again with a boom.
this pain and weakness are killing me . very tired to study. painkillers don't work.
fingers crossed my exams go well. i need some real good motivation!
