If you're looking for a TV show to watch when you are sick in bed, this one is really funny, called "Getting On" http://www.hbo.com/getting-on - especially if you've spent time in the hospital and observed a lot of nurses & doctors. It's not really a typical medical show, nothing gross or very serious ... it's a comedy ("dark comedy" - sort of like The Office) its on HBO.. but I dont have HBO so stream it (shh). and even better, it's mostly a female cast.
