Headaches an EO28 Splah

On day 2 of dr ordered no food just EO28 splash and have had a headache since last night and wonder if this is normal. Could it be from withdrawal from food or some type of substance - kind of like when stops drinking coffee?

Pasobuff thanks for replay.

Could be. I did stop drinking caffeine about a week ago just to prep myself but did drink a lot of tea back then so maybe it takes a bit.

Also feel weak n thirsty with a funny mouth taste.

It's enteral nutrition liquid diet to rest my system. This is packaged like kid juice boxes.

Its probably the caffeine or lack there of.
Caffiene withdrawal can take two weeks- don't' ask how I know

Tea has plenty of caffeine even decaffeinated versions.
Good luck with the shakes.

Well hopefully I'm past the worst of the withdrawal

Thanks..so far granted only 2 days but it's not as horrible as I thought it would be
