Heat Sensitivity???

Anyone else here really sensitive to the heat/temperature changes? So excited about warmer weather, especially staying home due to COVID worry and precautions, but this heat is so exhausting! Temp is 88 today and I am zapped. (Waiting on testing to get colonoscopy and have been on Uceris and Lialda for four months trying to tame the inflammation.) These temps are keeping the bowels in an uproar even with Lomotil, so it seems like I can’t keep up with the fluid intake to balance what’s happening. And eating fruit over the weekend was a big mistake. Any advise that works for you?
