Heat : the natural bacteria killer

This is so interesting it intrigued me without having to read.
Yeast/mould/bacteria : all organisms
These organisms generally like temperatures to multiply from 10-37 degrees.
To upset the organisms temperatures must reach 120F/50c.
To kill the organisms 140F/60c minimum.
Your body reacts with fever to higher tempuratures to try attempt to kill bacteria/yeast/mould although the thermostat in your brain try's to manage a heatup which is not always safe. "fever".

Penicillin : penicillin is actually created from a mould.
Penicillin has trouble fighting organisms with a self formed barrier from the bacteria with fats and sugars.

Inducing heat + bacteria. Conclusion...
I wonder if this is the approach of evolution of candida
