Hello!

Hello everyone!
New here, I have not been diagnosed with crohns, however few years back I got an abscess which turned into a fistula. Well with all honesty I have no clue what it was when I first got... any who with a bunch of surgeries and 7 years later I’ve finally gotten a seton put in (fingers crossed this heals it).
many advise on how to get rid of the smell!? It’s driving me crazy!
I do the siltz bath and wash up after using the bathroom but I feel like the smell is alway there. (Super embarrassing 😔)

thanks a bunch!
