Help!!

So for years and years now I've been getting these upper back pains mainly on the left shoulder blade it's a numb tingling burning kinda pain. It gets really bad then eventually gets manageable. It gets worse when I sit and slotch. This time around it's pretty bad I'm feeling weak and spacey headed I'm also in a flare or something. Can this be a Crohn's thing? Or something else the pain is never so much I can't Handel it but it's really dragging me down and keeping me worried anyone else experience this if so what is it!!! I also have mild groin pains don't know if there related though
