Heria and Crohn's

A couple of years before I was dx'd with Crohn's I was going to the bathroom and had a huge sneeze come out of nowhere. It was SO painful. I had a lump next to my rectum that was hard as a rock and painful. My doctor at the time told me to wait a few days to see if the swelling went down or not. After a few days the swelling started to go down, and my doctor told me not to worry about it. It did, however, still hurt. I got my first symptoms of Crohn's the next year and my first flare the year after that. I mentioned all of this to my gastroenterologist. I also told him that I still get pain in the EXACT same spot to this day (20 years later).

Does anyone know of anything similar?
