Hi people,
I'm Sanja from Croatia. I've been diagnosed with UC in 2002. I guess my UC is not that severe since I've been in remission for over 3 years and in that period I was without any medications. The problem emerged this year. I've had a major flare up in April. It lasted for more than 3 weeks. I'm in remission now and the med I use is Salofalk (mesalazine). My largest problem at the moment is low iron levels which make me feel fatigue all the time. I'm especially "slow" in the morning (I suppose that's due to low blood pressure).
Anyways, it's good to know there are people out there who share my problem (although I'd be happier if no one was sick in the first place ) and understand what's like living with IBD.
