Well, I would not call "dieting" or "lifestyle changes" necessarily hobbies, but outside of these issues we all share, what else are you interested in?

I like to do some genealogical digging.

I have become more interested in history since my son has been getting older.

As a family, we have enjoyed going out and exploring our home state. You never know when you may have to relocate and wonder "I wish I had done that while I lived there".

I also like to scrapbook. I am a bit behind but I still have my things organized and ready to pick up where I left off.

Well, it gets classed as a hobby, and should be a lifestyle, but I'll call it one: Bodybuilding. On top of that, video games, LOTS of art, writing, poetry, philosophy, history, music, movies, basketball, certain tv shows (hate reality tv), fitness in general as well as nutrition and I guess I'll be cheesy and say my fiance. :)

Right now my hobbies consist of playing guitar, writing music, writing poetry

Hobbies soon to come are working out and Parkour, I may take up longboarding but that will depend on a specific outcome in my near future that I will talk about later if it comes up.lol

Welcome to the forum, could you write your story in the Your Story section if you haven't already.

I have a few, but my most important hobby is genealogy. I have trace Janis family trees and have been working on mine the last year or two.

I also love woodworking. building things for the kids and grandkids.
Gardening. Ilove my vegetable garden. We haven't bought a can of tomato juice in the 31 years we been married, Janis cans about 100 qts of juice a year.

Golfing, photography, and gardening...golfing... did I mention golfing?? Haha. Gotta wait til May :(.

I'm into rodeo, horse breaking/training, coaching baseball and football, hunting, fishing, horse back riding, and most anything I can find to do outside.

Hmmm, just picked up photography (still reading reading as that is how I always learn something new - and waiting for SPRING!!!), like to read (didn't I just say that!), love to play racquetball, love to bake sugary goodness stuff, would *like* to do the genealogy thing as well as finally compile all my family pics - but that's gonna have to wait. I consider my second business as a hobby which is lampworking (torchmade beads), silversmithing, kiln worked glass objects and fine silver fingerprint jewelry creation. AND.....honestly - I also consider coming here as a bit of a hobby. I give a lot of time and energy to this place - and it usually pays me back 10 fold, so I enjoy it!

skydiving, bunjee jumping, deep sea fishing, polar ice cap exploration, yachting, mountain climbing, white water rafting, wakeboarding, hot air balloon enthusiast, religious debates and underground street racing.

Kidding. But I DO love to cook -- Italian is my passion!

I'll try to keep with the things I just like to do as hobbies. Have to qualify because I like to write, but I'm trying to turn that into a profession, so it's no longer just a hobby.

I paint miniatures, though I haven't done it in a while.

I like to bowl, but haven't done it in a while.

Woodworking.

Painting.

Just starting beadwork for necklaces and such.

Cooking, it's a necessity AND fun. ;)

Gardening

Drawing

Used to fish, but licenses got too expensive. However, I know a couple people with ponds now...

I'm an avid reader of sc-fi and fantasy. I read some horror, but not much.

I would like to collect medieval weaponry, but don't have enough money, so we just get stuff when we can. We have some nice looking, but not very functional pieces. We have two very functional pieces, and we have around 4 fake flintlock pistols. Next renfest we'll have a blunderbuss too.

My wife and I both play role-playing games (the pencil/paper/dice kind, not the electronic kind). We sadly haven't had much time lately to play though and I'm jonesing for a good game session.

I can't really call the FX work a hobby because we have been trying to do it professionally. Not many people paying for the work though. Everybody wants their FX for free.

Sewing...Made my wedding dress, but don't have the space for sewing as much any more.
Photography, reading, quaddinig, camping, fishing, and baking.
Does Crohn's Forum count as a hobby?

Ha, take the religious debates and you have my daugher to a T. :ylol2:

Thought so :)

My hobbies vary with how I am feeling.

I like to be artistic/creative. In most recent years that has involved photography (which I've gotten to making some money from as well).

I have had a period of getting into painting which I really loved. This week I have discovered the joy of scrapbooking (needed to crate something for a project), but it is rather expensive!

I play the guitar but badly since I haven't done much practuce in the past couple of years.

A couple of years ago I rediscovered knitting when my nephew was born!

I love to read but have found that hard with the Pred and all the side effects.

If I felt better I'd get into tramping. I love walking and the great outdoors. Luckily here I can drive 10 minutes and go for a bush walk when I feel like it :)

That's all I can think of now.
