Sorry you are stuck in E.R. I haven't had pancreatitis but know that it is indeed a possible side effect from 6mp (around 3% chance.) It often shows up fairly early after starting the drug. You've had it before? If it is from 6mp then stopping the drug should clear it. A lower dose may also be possible later on.
