Hello everyone,
new to this forum (and to the Crohn's as well).
I have Crohn and in May I had my Ileum removed because of it. I also suffer from back problems and therefore I want to try yoga, more precisely hot/bikram yoga, which is practiced in a room heated to around 40 Celsius degrees (around 100 F). Is the temperature something that can trigger Crohn? I am asking that because heat tends to worsens inflammation.
