How long after fecal transfer till neg C diff test?

So I have C diff now for the fourth time this year! Doing a fecal transplant tomorrow. Does anyone have experience with how long after this will I have to wait until I have a neg stool?

I guess the answer is "it depends." Right now the fecal transplants are still experimental procedures with variable protocols and variable composition of the donor stool. Until all that gets sorted out in controlled clinical trials using a stable, reproducible source of transplant bacteria, the timing of if or when successful engraftment will occur will be hard to know.
