It stings a bit going in but leaving it at room temperature for 15 mins helps a lot with that. Whenever I give myself the shot I reward myself with chocolate. I always look at it this way, 20 seconds of pain with the shot is nothing compared to the pain and symptoms of a flare. Good Luck with this new therapy, it definitely helped me get my life back!
