I think I am going crazy

Hello everyone, my name is Ebee. I just went to gastroentrologist number 5 and he said I had IBSD but he also doesn't want me eating gluten or dairy and referred to tests I had four years ago, I have had chronic diarehha since I was an infant, I know have upper abdominal pain and severe fatigue as well. I thought perhaps it was Crohn's but he did not want to do more testing. At the moment I also have a problem with my right kidney and fatty lover disease. I am on anxiety medication and take anti-diahreals daily. Is this common to not test given my symptoms which have gone on for 48 years now? I am feeling frustrated and discouraged and don't know how to get the help I need. Any and all suggestions are welcome.

I have and the anemia comes and goes, but I will keep pushing, been a long frustrating road with very few answers. Thank you for the advice :)

Have they done a colonoscopy yet?
My first GI specialist did the same routine with me, and said I had IBS and tried to play around with my diet. Kept wanting me to come back for consults ($$$) but never did a scope to actually determine what was going on. A GI who doesn't want to see your insides is not a GI you want to see...

Push for a colonoscopy, it is the only way you will find out for sure what's going on. Not pleasant but more likely to give you some answers... Good luck!
