IBS and B6 toxicity

I have been on a rough journey for 3 years dealing with malabsorption of carbs/ fats and being treated for what I thought was SIBO but am thinking that it could be something else. The Xifaxan I have taken does help for a short period of time, however I go right back to the same miserable GI symptoms. I also have liver fibrosis as a result of issues with the small intestines. Currently I have B6 toxicity and high blood pressure and am trying to figure out how to get my B6 levels into normal range because I am having facial numbness and tingling in hands as well as cramps in my feet. Any recommendations would be appreciated. 🙏🌹
