Important: Methotrexate USA Recall

Sandoz as issued a recall for his Methotrexate Sodium, USP, 25 mg/mL, 40 mL injections for two lots:

-the two recalled lots are:
->CL0996 (expiration date 12/2013)
->CJ4948 (expiration date 05/2013)

Please pay attention if you are a Methotrexate user, these are believed to countain particule matters that can possibly cause adverse effects.
