Anyone else notice an increase in frequency and urgency while on Humira when those weren’t issues before?

Increased Frequency and Urgency on Humira

It's not uncommon for biologics, including Humira, to lose effectiveness after a while causing symptoms to return. You should inform your GI and have him/her look into the reasons why you have increased frequency and urgency. You could have developed antibodies against the Humira decreasing its effectiveness. You may need an increased dose or even a switch to another medication to get you back into full remission.
