Inflamed Tendons - Autoimmune problem?

Does anyone else here have really inflamed or tender tendons? Mine in my shoulders, hips, and wrists are so tender. I'm just wondering if it's related to the Crohn's Disease or if I should be looking at a different causative factor?

If your taking Cipro an antibiotic YES this could be the reason! How do I know? I went to the ER after taking Cipro before because my tendons in my legs were killing me.
