Info Entyvio and enteric fistula

Hello guys, i'm from Italy, i have crohn desease located in last ileo with entero-enteric fistula to sigma and ascendent's colon. My GI told me that the only options are surgery resection or aziathropine because biological is not possibile cause the enteric fistula.
Do you know if entyvio is safe with this type of fistula?

I'm sorry, I know nothing about this type of fistula. All of mine drain externally. They have not been a problem - been on Entyvio for 10 months now with good results.
