Insurance help need

My company changed insurance in august. I currently have United. It turns out Questlab is not in network. My doctors who are in network sent my blood work to them (in atleast one case they didn't mean to).

I don't feel like I should have to pay as I believe everything I was doing was in network. I just don't know who to tell them to bill or how to tell them I'm not going to pay.
if i do have to pay it's up to $300+ (3 test each slightly over $100).

Any ideas about how to go about this?

I envy all you non americans and your health care.

Once figured out, make sure you put something in writing to your doc that your insurance covers only....and lab works needs to be sent to ....... If they do otherwise, you can then go back to doc and show direction was given to them and they did not follow our direction. Perhaps they do not have information from your insurance company as to that process? appeal it.
