Hi, I'm newbie here and I need some advice. I have crohns, and I was wondering if you can have a flare without D. I have pain in my right side( enough keep me awake), joint pain and fatigue. Not sure whether to go to doctors or not.

It might be a good idea to let you GI know what is happenning.
You may need medication adjustment or additions.
