Is this a Sulfasalazine side effect

Hi I've just started taking sulfasalazine for a week now. I take 2 tablets twice a day. I was just wondering if it has a side effect of worst diarrhea??

Not sure. It has been a while since I have been on it.

Hi Natasha , sulfasalazine takes a few weeks to become effective , I have been on it nearly 30 years and its a really good maintenance drug , but I find it wont stop a flare on its own .

I never had that side effect during the few years when I was on Sulfasalazine.
