Itchy skin

After having a shower my daughters skin gets is so itchy and sore. She's tried hot and cold showers, different shampoos and soaps but nothing is helping. It usually settles down after about an hour. Any ideas what could be causing this.

Does she have psorasis? Does she have little red or pink spots on her skin? The dermatologist gave me a shampoo for the psorasis in my scalp. It is called Tarsum. Maybe it is dry skin? Ask a dermatologist. By the way , I am on Stelara which is supposed to help both Crohn's Disease and psorasis. Best wishes.
