Trev, I altered it when you weren't looking. Gotta go to bed. It's after 1:30 am here,, so you can fight over the lead until I come back for the final win. Tomorrow I get to get paid extra to play mom, so I win anyway. Talk to all of you later.
Robert, the carrots and celery were nice and cold. Tomorrow I'm going to try a variation just for fun. I was really surprised how much I liked this one, and I'm not usually a celery fan. Mixed with carrots, I really liked it.

I chuck in a beetroot and an apple as well,also kale when I have it and a pear as much variation as I can really,I like to get the juicing over and done with.I have organic powdered wheatgrass with store bought juice early morn.with a banana,before the dog walk and eat oranges(when I can)and summer fruits.I also use Balboa Powder when I don't have time to juice,as a substitute. However,I digress.I win because I DIDN'T get beeetroot juice on my white blouse today.
 
Teresa, I missed seeing your posts! It must have been my state of shock I was in that all went well with my daughter! I think that set of advertising billboards Kirsty had the link to, the "yeah right" campaign actually worked, even though they were being facetious. Actually, I think she is, for a change, innocent! (mostly). I think Andrew stole the items, but hadn't given them to Ashley yet.
I had another juicing concoction for breakfast. I don't know what was in it because I was so hungry I just raided the refrigerator and kept adding things. I know there carrots, celery, apple, grapes, banana, spinach sundry assorted other items. I know I went way over on what I am supposed to have carb-wise, but I haven't really paid much attention to that in a long time. I also haven't tested my glucose level in a long time. Me bad, me very bad. Time to get back on track. It was delicious.

For both reasons above, I win.

How many of you got to play mom and got paid for it? (sorry to disturb your throwing things at Robert conversation.) I get to go do that now. Happens every Thursday morning, in addition to the usual (way to small) monthly foster agency check.
 
Hmmm I see how this goes now.......Teresa is playing a blinder - she knows I am feeling guilty (can't remember why) so is keeping quiet to make me feel worse and in the meantime Dick Dastardly and Mutley are throwing stuff at me!

have to say it again Sandy "I'm in awe of you" I must have something lacking on the maternal side.Enjoyed raising our son and love him dearly BUT had no urge to have more and definately no urge to look after anyone elses.It's good that there are people like you and Doug in the world to make up for others shortcomings.I'm just a selfcentred and selfish c*w,but at least I'm honest.I've been following your "Adventures with Ashley" with interest.Told you to write a book didn't I.Keep smiling.:rosette1:
 
I haven't watched cartoons since I was married before so I have no idea who these cartoons characters are (my marriage was cartoon enough). If I murdered instead of divorced, it would have been pre-meditated so I would still be in prison and would not have met all you wonderful people. (he was bi-polar OCD, with paranoid tendencies, some of which he hid before we were married, and some of which "love is blind" He was extremely smart, but for a bright person, he sure was dumb. Compared to him, foster kids, even emotionally disturbed ones, are a breeze.

(I missed a whole page of conversation this time.)
 
Just thought I'd mention the XMAS CARDS are in the shops here.It's a bl**dy disgrace.The kids are not back to school from their summer break yet !!!!So for that little gem I WIN.

Sounds nasty as a combo. But I believe you that it was good. GLAD everything went well with the confrontation last night!!!What are you going to do about the boyfriend???:ywow:

So not fair at all!!! Haven't had ice cream since way back in May or somewhere around then. You'd think I'd be a stick by now from the way I eat!!! No sugar or white flour, or noodles tec... No goodies at all! Only lost 11 lbs. It sucks!!!:voodoo:
 
just back from 2 hour round trip to drop daughter and friend off at the airport - they are off the Magaluf - its a wild place for the under 25's - there was nothing like that when I was young.

had enough for 1 day, need a rest and now theres no one here to talk to. might be a long win.
 
I've been Tui heaven today :ytongue: I've started preparing dinner for tomorrow night we have 14 confirmed. I have just done the stuffing balls and also started on the timtam truffles. Tomorrow is roast lamb, chicken, vege salad, potatoes. Nibbles is sushi and smoked salmon and cream cheese in volovonts. Dessert someone else is doing a cake but I have also got profiteroles with cream and I will be making cocktails.

Just slipping in for a short jot before I take daughter out to get her meds and mine.

I had an endoscopy w/biopsy today. Gotta get a Gastric Emptying Test next. Doc said there is evidence of GERD in esophagus. Also mentioned erythema & friability in the antrum compatible with gastritis. (Does that mean inflammation in the stomach?). Finally, Hiatal Hernia in the Cardia. (Meaning?)

Between neurology on Tuesday, GYN test results and now GI it's been a heck of a week. Please let me savor a win for a while.....

Daughter is currently playing TSO (Trans Siberian Orchestra) Christmas music on piano. It's awesome! If I tried to make my fingers go that fast, they'd get all tangled up and I'd fall off the piano bench for sure!:ylol:

going for the "why do I have this disease that makes me furstrated and tired win!" And it all has to happen on a day that my hormones like to go bonkers... Thanks hormones you are most greatly NOT appreciated today. :ytongue:
