weather just absolutely lovely here, have the washing on the line and the kids have just gone to bed but we are all nursing stupid colds so can't stay outside much SO I NEED A WIN xxxxx
 
Okay, Gwen Pippy, you won for a few minutes, but not long. Actually, I'll share the win until one of us posts again. That won't be long, my hubby said I'm addicted. Osofast, don't get scared here. Maybe everyone should be scared ... (he he heeee he)
 
I wish I could go back to bed and pretend that the packers are not coming tomorrow to pack up the whole house contents and put them in the truck on Thursday. The day is nigh, now I am starting to panic... one thing at a time

I got lots of Yorkshire tea here Gwen,

We are moving to Wellington its about 7 hours from the beautiful Bay of Plenty where I am now.

Did you know that we have run out of marmite in NZ? Trev what did you have on your toast this morning?

WOW that is a move! Just try to stay calm and it will all be done soon. Don't get stressed if you can help it, I did and it doesn't pay.
Marmite you just got love it, I will have to send some out to you, my hubby turns green and gets the shakes if I even mention it hahaha

Gwen you are welcome to a cuppa, but i dont make tea, not sure if it would be nice, Kirsty, only marg on the toast. used to have manuka honey till i read it contains more sugar than sugar.
 
I got lots of Yorkshire tea when we were at hubbys folks place. Nice to have a good strong cuppa tea.

Not sure if you can see this link - but marmite is reaching good prices here on trademe. Personally, I am a vegemite girl so I am not affected by the marmite shortage - but I think its hard for some young families at the moment.

I trying not to stress - but I think its too late :yfaint:

Have you got help with the move? I just had my mum, she took care of the kids as we packed around them and did the move but it wasn't far just had to get to a bigger house as our little cottage was bursting at the seems, we bought it 10 years ago when they told me I wouldn't have children, Imagine that surprise hahaha
Just get plenty of rest and some nice strong cups of tea will do the trick. I wish I could be there to help you. X

had to look that one up, you would get on well with my dad, he has a workshop full of nice things he has collected over the years, we were thought how to use all the machines he bought much to the fear of my poor mam who would count our fingers when we came back in after an afternoon spent with dad.

Oh the images, people and things I miss when I am gone. Oh, you poor people who suffer so much. It is I who should not complain when I have health issues. I've been on a picnic, and to the back side of 9500 ft (I don't know metric very well and don't feel like converting) mountains, and it is a crisp, but sunny day. We are going to dinner with some of our fellow crohnies from Utah. See, Utah wins again.

My gut hurts. I would like to say I wish I were gutless, but I know how you IBDers would take that. I just wish I were gutless in another way. Just went to a sushi restaurant with some Utah IBDers. We win! (sorry, not in bed Trysha.)
 
I am Gutless and a Wonder at that. lol 26 years and counting without my gut. Don't miss it in the least bit. no more sore hiney or living on the throne. I'm in and out the door. Whooosh!! Nite all!!! have a pain free week!! :)
 
Time for a dinner win - I think the stress is getting of shifting is making me snappy and grumpy and in more pain. I have decided that I am over it now and just want to be in Wellington I just want the next three days to disappear, in the mean time I win

Thanks Robert, yes I am sure there will be lots to catch up on - but i think I can post until about 9:00am tomorrow morning my time - gosh knows what that is in everyone elses time.

Now I'm happy. About both statements. But I'm supposed to be at work, too. Little very part time job, and I have to wait for her nails to dry. Sometimes we watch TV. We do do house work sometimes. Tough job, huh?

Just dropped hubby off at work, now back at home waiting for the packers to arrive - time for a win
 
Technically Friday at about 4 - but the packers are in today. Tonight is our last night in the house. Tomorrow they load the truck and we stay in a motel in town. Friday the cleaners come in at midday and then we have final inspection at about 4 and the drive down to Wtgn after that.

Far out - just had bad cramping pain :ymad: I'm taking a pill
 
:ytongue:Trev, you can go back to bed so we can all win. I Just got back from work after my employer dropped me and her daughter off for lunch. I get paid for taking my employer's daughter to lunch, and my employer drives us there (as well as drives me back and forth to work). Tough job, like I said. therefore, I win no matter what. But I told you, I will always be last here.

I'm sooooo lucky. Foster kids under state custody here are not allowed to have access to social media due to privacy issues (fear of threat to kids who were formerly abused by the ##@*¢#%##~ who formerly abused them). And my foster son, because of his disabilities, doesn't know how to text. There are some advantages to kids with disabilities.

That makes perfect sense, Sandy....sad that it does, but still, glad the state requires that. Nothing like being at work and text arguing with a teenager who wants to do something, lol!
