LDN - How to find a doctor in Tennessee or Kentucky who prescribes Low Dose Naltrexone for Crohns or IBD?

I tried talking to a pharmacy that compounds it but said they couldnt give me the name of a physician. I guess they dont want to be liable. Thanks in advance! Pam
