Leg cramps

Hi, Mami

Yes, I experienced that over and over again last year -- like a muscle just balled right up for several minutes. The spot felt as though the muscle was totally seized together, if that makes any sense. I've read that having lots of D (diarrhea) can lead to an electrolyte balance, which can cause leg cramps. Have also read that sometimes a deficiency in...potassium?...can cause the cramps.

Mine went away after a few months.

Jamie, I don't know about cramps and B's, but adding a supplemental B-complex vitamin seemed to really help EJ for other things such as energy levels and tongue sores!!
