Liquid Galfer instead of Galfer tablets?

Hopefully someone can shed light on this for me.

Got some good news off the doctors, don't have to go back until December so they seem happy enough with things.

But from.the word go with crohn's I've had low iron and had been prescribed with galfer tablets . They never agreed with me and made me feel somewhat worse. Having told my consultant this he prescrbed me liquid galfer.

I haven't taken it yet, but does anyone else think they'll just have the same effect?

Thanks guys :)
