IBD friendly is a very vague term i'm afraid in that what works for one may not work for another.
My recipe is as follows, I hope you can tolerate it.
5 Carrots
2 Sweet Potatoes
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 Onion
Ginger to taste
1l vegetable stock (top with water if needed)
Fry onions till transluscent, add garlic, stir for 1 minute, add carrots, sweet potatoes and ginger, fry for two minutes. Add stock, bring to boil and simmer until vegetables are soft to a knife (about 20-25 mins). Blend.
