Allright so I am 1.76 cms (5 feet 9) and I weigh like 67 kilos (147 pounds). I wish I could lose 7 kilos (15 pounds).
So i figured I sould try that cut calories out, and do not eat after 6 pm.
So I did, I would eat cheese like 100 grams, after a fruit, for lunch I would eat whatever is cooked, and then i would finish off with a fruit or something like that.
so after 4 days I lost a kilo and a half."Great" i tought to myself.:ylol2:
But in the evening I got a need to eat something sweet. Anything. So I ate 2 and a half pancakes. An tommorw evening, I also ate something sweet I can not remember, but I did not eat much.
In the morning I weigh in 3 kilos more ! XDXD :rof:
I was like WHAAATTT?? No way.
So that was a story of my "dieting" XD
