Losing weight

I have active Crohn's, but I am not sure if I am in "full flare". I guess my question is; if you have any active Crohn's, do you actually start to lose weight?

You can. Not everyone experiences weight loss though. Inflammation can cause you to absorb less nutrients and fat and cause diarrhea which can all lead to weight loss.

For me when I was in active flares I did have weight loss every time.
