Low carb/paleo diet success story with Ulcerative Colitis

Here is a post I found from a strength and conditioning coach who earlier in his life was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, but I believe he is now symptom free. It also shows the success of someone else following a low carb-paleo diet.

Such diets have some similarities similar to the types of diets recommended in some of the well known books on IBD.
