Low FODMAPS + Insulin Resistant Diet

Is anyone trying to eat a low FODMAPS diet while also eating for insulin resistance or diabetes? I am trying to figure out how to manage this, and it's burning my brain up :ybatty:

I think I'm going to end up putting it all in a spreadsheet and look for overlap. Dunno what else to do. My endocrinologist said "ask a dietitian", but I don't think our insurance covers that.
