Lymphocytic microscopic colitis

Hi there, New to the group and basically wondering what I can eat?whAt type of pro-bioticss should be taken and supplements as well.
It's all a bit overwhelming!

Trigger foods are different from person to person. Ron's suggestion of a food diary is a good idea, there are even apps for your phone and online to make it easier to track. Google elimination diet. This is a methodical approach to see what foods affect you. I would stay away from processed foods. There are so many ingredients/additives/hidden chemicals in processed foods that it is hard to tell what might be a trigger ingredient. Even organic processed foods have ingredients that are triggers for me.
