Has anyone else noticed that there is a specific amount of movement and exercise that does you wonders and can be built on, but that there is some invisible line that you sometimes cross, the one that sets you back 10 paces and ruins your progress for days? I know I've done that when I get really dizzy. It is then a "oh no" feeling. And most certainly always followed by a day of being paralyzed.
Sometimes just laying in bed and resting is the best thing, but I always test it and try. I can tell when I can get up and move about without falling down or passing out. Some drugs help, but I mean it is more than that. I can feel when the poisons are up or down in my body. I know when they back up to a certain point I'm in trouble, I can feel it in my blood. Either I sweat it out working, or in the tub, or in bed. It all depends on whether or not I can move, how much strength I have, energy, and how much pain I'm in.
