Malfunction of Humira pen

Hi all! Has anyone ever had a malfunction of auto pen? I did my injection yesterday to the usual site, usual count of 10 seconds and when I pulled it out, it squirted a stream a foot across the room ! Freaked me out. I have been on humira for almost 2 years and 1st time this has ever happened!, doc told me must have been a bad auto pen and just resume next week. It still stings and burns after all this time, but only last a few minutes. Anyone else have had issues ? please share! Thanks

I'd also call the company so you can send the defect and get a free new one.
