Wondering what impact Medication & Nutrition may have, currently NTNP

Am taking atm

Predfoam (tapering off)
Pentasa
Colofac
Cocodomal - strongest ones

Nutrition - cant get much at the moment, mainly water, ice lollies etc. Trying to get Ensure

Obviously wouldnt be ideal right now, but wondering if I should be concearned should I fall

Any information from those with experience would be ace
