Mid stomach

I'm having that pain in the center of my stomach but it's only when I push on it, is it sore. And I have no appetite so far today and it's already a 1:45 in the afternoon. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is not the beginning's of another flare I'm trying to stay hydrated. But I was in Safeway doing my grocery shopping and I was there for approximately two hours and I had to go to the bathroom three times.
