MRI scan results

I am highly confused in that my MRI scan a couple of weeks ago apparently is completely normal! At the time when I had it done, the radiologist implied he had seen problems. My fecal calproctectin results over a 1 year period have been: 65, 70, 60 and in September, a couple of weeks before my MRI scan it was 147. I have been having pain on my right hand side and fatigue since January 2016, not relieved by Entocort, oral prednisolone and 6 months of azathioprine. I feel so bewildered by these results. I almost thought they might find a microperforation! Not sure what to do now. My GI thinks my problems are anxiety and this will only reinforce that.
