MTX and foot cramps.

College football teams use pickel juice for fast relief from cramping. There is research to back them up, it It works faster than it can get digested. I know because I get them from time to time myself and I used to just have to wait them out. I drink about a half cup and wait about five minutes, I tried using it proactively but it seems like my body was building up a tolerance, so I just use it as needed and very rarely to prevent them from starting up.
