Multiple autoimmune issues

I was recently diagnosed with Crohn's at the tender age of 60. On top of that I have psoriatric arthritis, psoriasis, vitilago, and Hashimoto's thyroiditis. 5 autoimmune problems!! ANyone else have these issues? Thanks
