I have been having problems with my son and bad case of constipation or diahrrea. Doctors say nothing is wrong but he goes 4-5 days without having a bowel movement. When he goes it hurts his belly so bad and causes issues completing bowel movement. Somebody guide and I need advice.

I'm sorry to hear about your son. You mention constipation and diarrhea, does it alternate?
Has your son been seen by a gastro and given a reason for his symptoms or are you speculating about crohn's?
Many factors can cause constipation ranging from diet, meds to the more serious complications and signs of disease.
