My thighs hurt

So I have been on prednisone for about 2 months now after a flare up, and the last couple of days I have noticed my thighs are aching. It feels like I did a bunch of exercises which I didn't. Is this something normal that happens along with all the other wonderful side effects of Prednisone?

Im wondering if you are lackng in electrolytes. This can happen if you are not absorbing enough vits, or if you are using a lot due to D.

Something like diarolyte would help
