Natural elemental supplements?

I noticed that all the major elemental drinks by Nestlé, abbott, etc contain horrible ingredients like corn syrup, sugar, dairy, soy etc. is there anything natural?

I like & Mix1, it's not elemental but sort of like ensure. It has dairy though.
